The Executive Board manages the property and business of OSF.
The roles and responsibilities of the Executive Board are to delegate the President and Secretary General to handle routine business and carry out decisions made by Executive Board.
The Congress is the general meeting of the members and the highest authority of the OSF and meets annually at a date and venue specified by the Executive Board.
The roles and responsibilities of the Committees is to support OSF´s efforts to develop Obstacle Racing and related Sports.
OSF is a non-profit-making organization and does not pursue any objective for its own gains.
The International Obstacle Sports Federation shall be organized as a non-profit under the laws of the Switzerland.
The permanent seat of the Federation shall be in Switzerland.
