The IORF to provides governance, sanctioning, safety, international results and rankings, rules, insurance, coaching, training camps, event information, news, education, adjudication and more.
The Mission of IORF is to promote the sport of Obstacle Course Racing and it's related sports and disciplines throughout the world, to lead the sport of Obstacle Course Racing, and meet the requirements as specified by the International Olympic Committee and the International Paralympic Committee.
Athlete and federation development is critical to the growth of Obstacle Racing and related sports. One of the priorities of the IORF is to foster and assist development at all levels, from youth to Olympic level athletes, independent races and national federations.
The International Obstacle Racing Federation (IORF) is the world governing body for obstacle course racing (OCR) and related sports.
We are a not for profit organization and do not pursue any objectives for our own gains.
Interested in representing your country as a National Federation (NF)? We have 40 member countries in our system and expect over 100 officially recognized NFs by the end of 2017. Please contact us if you have an existing NF and are interested in becoming a National Federation member or if you want to form an association to represent your country.
